Why engraved
A printed or vinyl logo sits on top of the bottle. It scuffs against gym floors, lifts at the edges, and fades in the dishwasher. Within a season it looks worse than no branding at all.
Engraving works the other way around. The laser burns away the matte powder coat to expose the stainless steel underneath. The mark isn't a layer on the bottle — it is the bottle. There's nothing there to peel.
That's the whole reason we brought the laser in-house rather than sending branding out. We control the depth, we see every bottle, and we can turn a run around in a week.

The bottle
Double-wall insulated, leak-proof, and built around a MagSafe-style mount in the lid — so it films, props and holds a phone hands-free. It's the reason people keep it on the desk instead of in the cupboard, which is the whole point of branded drinkware.
On contrast: engraving reads as bare steel against the powder coat, so the darker colourways — Onyx, Midnight Blue, Steel Blue — give the sharpest result. Lighter finishes still work; the mark is just softer. We'll show you exactly how yours lands on the mock-up before anything else is cut.

We engrave one real bottle in your chosen colourway and photograph it.
Size, placement, contrast. Not right? We adjust and re-shoot. Nothing else is cut until you say go.
Every bottle done in-house on our own laser and checked by hand.

Artwork
Engraving is tonal, not colour — the laser has one tool, and it either removes coating or it doesn't. Artwork that reads as a clean single-colour silhouette engraves beautifully.
Artwork can wrap the full circumference of the bottle — 110 mm of height is the hard limit on both sizes.

Quantities & ordering
Mix sizes and colours however you like — the tier is set by your combined quantity, not by any single line. One engraving fee covers the whole order: $35 per ten bottles, including setup and your mock-up.

Margins shown are indicative against RRP for stockists reselling the range. Online orders are priced at RRP plus the engraving fee, paid at checkout. Quoted runs depend on the split between 750 ml and 950 ml and how many designs are in the run — terms are 50% deposit, balance on dispatch.

Questions
Ten bottles. You can mix 750 ml and 950 ml and any colourways to reach it — the ten is a combined total, not ten of one thing.
Ten to fifty bottles: order straight from the HALO PRO page — pick your sizes and colours, upload your logo with your order, and the engraving fee is added there. We'll send a photo of your mock-up bottle for approval before the run is cut.
Fifty-one or more, or multiple designs in one run: use the enquiry form below and we'll quote per unit.
One flat fee of $35 per ten bottles, charged once per order — up to 10 bottles is $35, 11–20 is $70, and so on. That covers setup, your mock-up bottle and the engraving itself. Bottles are at RRP when you order online; runs of 51+ are quoted per unit.
Multi-design runs — different logos within one order — are quoted separately, because each design needs its own setup and approval.
5–7 business days from the moment you approve the mock-up, not from when you first get in touch. Getting artwork sorted and the mock-up signed off usually adds a couple of days on top. If you're working to a hard date, tell us in your enquiry and we'll confirm before you commit.
We adjust and re-shoot. Placement, size and contrast are all changeable at that stage, and that's exactly why the step exists. Nothing beyond the single mock-up bottle is engraved until you've approved it in writing.
Yes, and most orders do. Quantity tiers are calculated on the combined order, so mixing never costs you a tier.
Engraving doesn't change it. HALO PRO and HALO PRO MAX carry a lifetime warranty. The base HALO range carries 12 months. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of both.
Online orders (10–50 bottles) are paid in full at checkout, engraving fee included. Quoted runs of 51+ are 50% deposit to start the mock-up, balance on dispatch, with freight on account.
HALO PRO is what we engrave as standard, and it's the range we recommend for branded orders. If you want the Magnetic Vortex, the base HALO or the running cap branded, ask — we'll tell you what's possible rather than guess.
